Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the commercial financing team.
∎ Financial Accounting & Reporting.
∎ Manage the preparation and distribution of internal financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy.
∎ Responsible to prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual group consolidated financial statements as per BAS & BFRS.
∎ Responsible to prepare on time financial statements for general and special purposes.
∎ Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
∎ Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting.
∎ Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy.
∎ Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
∎ Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction. Banking and Financing.
∎ Negotiate and monitor the Bank Interest and Charges.
∎ Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
∎ Establish guidelines for budget and forecast preparation and assisting to prepare the annual budget in consultation with the Management Committee.
∎ Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations.
∎ Oversee the company's transaction processing systems.
∎ Oversee employee benefits plans, with particular emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package.
∎ Monitor the Export Register and follow up the Payments from the Customers and reconcile the Ex-Factory with Export Invoices of the Sales.
∎ Negotiate the Commercial-related expenses and Charges with Comparisons. Maintain a cross functional activities frequently communicate and discuss the matters of operational complexity.
∎ Coordinate with external stakeholders like financial institutions, credit rating firm to meet the requirement as recommended by treasury team.
∎ Liaising with Statutory Auditors, Lawyers and Government Institutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5-7 years of experience in relevant field from any large Group of Companies;
∎ In-depth understanding of operational issues and policy work at state, national and international levels;
∎ Sound and up-to-date knowledge of development concepts, methodologies and techniques including demonstrated expertise;
∎ Proficiency in English language and a familiarity with the particular country environment as if effects development strategies;
∎ Excellent leadership skills as well as facilitation and capacity building for inter-linkages between Senior Officials and Management/BODs;
∎ Well conversant in MS Office, especially in Accounting Tally ERP;
∎ Willing to frequent visit all over the country as and when required for business needs.
