∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemical Engineering/Applied Chemistry/Chemistry/Environmental Science from any reputed university
∎ NEBOSH Construction Certificate (NCC) certified.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop Occupational health, safety & Environment awareness within people of the industries.
∎ Prepare HSE training calendar to educate people on health, safety & Environment (HSE) perspective.
∎ Maintain interdepartmental coordination on HSE matters within all the department on the industries.
∎ Coordinate Walk-Through- safety Committee (WTSC) for identifying & rectifying major HSE difficulties.
∎ Handle plant & People incidental & accidental case with close coordination of the respective departments.
∎ Assist HOD-HR in respect of executing policies, Procedure, standard operating practice for Ensuring HSE.
∎ Ensuring PPE Following Guidelines and make it updates entire fire safety equipment’s with close coordination of admin.
∎ Take protective initiatives with the help security personnel/Fighting team in case of occupational incident and/or accident occurred.
∎ Organizing & Leading HSE activities & initiatives Following HSE works schedule.
∎ Other Initiatives: Have to ensure HSE Project implementation by deadline from your end.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager time to time.
