Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product development/creation: Ensure that products are on correct spec / quality as per customer requirements and develop operationally feasible products ensuring profitability.
∎ Risk assessment: Overall responsibility of maintaining proper RA across all the products.
∎ Garment fit and construction: Overall responsibility on pattern making, pattern grading incorporating customer comments.
∎ Providing management information to support management decision making on customer order selections.
∎ Industrial Engineering and Marker Making-Overall responsibility of Industrial Engineering including method improvement for operations and optimized consumption calculation liaising with Supply Chain.
∎ Assessment on garment / fabric testing: This requires him to carry out required garment / fabric testing based on feasibility along with selecting the most feasible fabric for the products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
