• Diploma
• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• A Level or Diploma /Graduation in any discipline.

• Educational background in textiles or garments will be an added advantage.

• Strong technical knowledge of knit garment FIT, construction, and workmanship.

• Proficiency in FIT evaluation, pattern understanding, and garment measurements.

• Effective communication in English with buyers and internal teams.

• Ability to manage tight timelines and multiple priorities.

Job Context:

Sinha Knit Industries Ltd., 100% export- oriented sweater manufacturer, is looking for an experienced and technically sound professional to lead our Technical & FIT section under the Quality Department. The ideal candidate will ensure product development accuracy, technical integrity, and FIT consistency across all stages of production.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead technical and FIT operations for all product categories.
• Analyze and interpret buyer tech packs, size specifications, and construction details.
• Supervise sample developments, size set, pre-production, and shipment sample FIT approvals.
• Ensure garment measurement, FIT, construction, and workmanship meet buyer requirements.
• Collaborate closely with merchandising, production, and QA teams for technical guidance.
• Conduct technical risk assessments and suggest necessary precautions during production.
• Provide training and technical support to quality and production teams.
• Work directly with buyers’ technical teams for development and issue resolution.
