Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Closely collaborate with Compliance, Sourcing and Merchandising teams in guiding them to achieve company’s sustainability goal.
∎ Develop organizational sustainability strategy in line with stakeholders.
∎ Provide necessary guidance and support to monitor and measure progress against all sustainability strategies, objectives and performance targets.
∎ Accountable to achieve sustainability targets of material sourcing including energy, water, waste, chemicals achieve this by working with key stakeholders (suppliers & buyers).
∎ Analyze sustainability data collected by compliance, sourcing & merchandising teams and prepare in compliance with GRI standard.
∎ Analyzing and monitoring sustainable areas like natural resource usage and recycling, educating people on the importance of sustainability initiatives.
∎ Ensure buyer compliance requirements are met through a systematic approach to improve performance.
∎ Develop innovative approaches to organizational sustainability challenges.
∎ Manage all external stakeholder facing communication on sustainability.
∎ Provide educational and training support to all internal teams on industry relevant sustainability topics, such as sustainable materials, sustainable innovations and circular design etc.
∎ Any other task as assigned by management.
