Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies
∎ Identify target markets in Interior Sector
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
∎ Track sales team performance against goals.
∎ Build relationships with architects, contractors and corporate clients.
∎ Identify new business opportunities
∎ Pitch to high-value clients and close complex deals
∎ Understand client needs, space functionality, and design preferences to offer tailored solutions.
∎ Ensure timely follow-ups, proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
∎ Lead, train, and mentor the sales team
∎ Assign sales targets and monitor progress
∎ Foster collaboration between sales, design, and project execution teams.
∎ Stay updated on market trends, new materials, design innovations, and competitor strategies.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations to adjust offerings, pricing, or sales approaches.
∎ Coordinate with the design & Production team to develop solutions that align with client expectations.
∎ Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution with all relevant information shared.
∎ Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, brochures, and digital presence.
∎ Position the company as a premium brand in the interior design market.
