∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Periodic budgeting, Short Term as well as Long Term.
∎ Business forecasting – Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly.
∎ Sales targeting – Employee wise, Category and sub category wise including comparison with actual performance.
∎ Product planning, distribution including of ERP.
∎ Controlling online sales, communications and distribution
∎ Monitoring daily sales against target, visualize the movement of members under sales team.
∎ Periodic reporting including VAT, VAT return, Reconciliation of sales with collections.
∎ Searching new places for setting new outlet after conduct feasibility study.
∎ Coordination with landlords for on time payments and reporting/documents.
∎ Monitoring outlet fit out/decoration works.
∎ Follow up marketing activities including online presence.
∎ Organize various campaigns, like – seasonal discount, promotion, photo session, festive communications.
∎ Co-ordination with finance for collection of daily sales, party payments, preparation of periodic accounts, maintenance of VAT related register & documents.
∎ Renew of all certificates and license up-to-date.
∎ High level of communication with Govt. bodies.
