Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identifying and onboarding new corporate clients.
∎ Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients & new clients.
∎ Serving as the primary point of contact for all banking needs of the client.
∎ Meeting budget and maximizing the Bank’s earnings opportunities by booking CASA, SND, special transactional Accounts, FDR, etc.
∎ Negotiate with customers to add a good deposit base to the bank’s portfolio. Improve portfolio profitability by earning more fee-based income through offering collection, payment solutions, Capital Market Services, IPO’s Banker to the issue and Lead Banker to the issue, Dividend payment, etc.
∎ Conducting in-depth analysis of client's financial needs and objectives.
∎ Providing tailored financial solutions and advice related to cash management and corporate liabilities.
∎ Earn trusted advisor status by integrating corporate finance ideas and multi-product solutions to help clients navigate liability issues.
∎ Promoting and selling cash management products and services (e.g., digital banking solutions, payment processing, collection etc).
∎ Ensure internal and external compliance.
∎ Ensure process development and efficiency for better customer service.
∎ Cross-selling for Employee Banking, Priority, retail products, treasury products etc.
∎ Acquire knowledge of Corporate Banking products & solutions.
∎ Execute any additional responsibilities assigned by management as needed.
