Experience:

• At least 10 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

• At least 10 years

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Must have work experiences in Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing sections.

• Pro-active, smart, self-motivated, enthusiastic, well communication skill.

• Good knowledge in fabric & apparel product development.

• Strong technical understanding of fabric construction and up to date on seasonal fabric trends.

• Strong management and problem-solving skills in addition to excellent marketing sense. 

• New Product Development.

• To analyze Client’s requirements for particular fabrics and developments and ensure that fabric quality is achievable and can be maintained from development through to bulk delivery.

• To provide fabric technical support to Product Development and Merchandising teams.

• Maintain a fabric resource library to support seasonal inspiration as well as archive of previous production fabrications.

• Need to keep an organized area and files so that fabric/yarns and developments are easily traceable for the Development Merchandisers.

• To manage fabric relationship with Client fabric teams ensuring that fabric procedures are metSupport product integrity by facilitating the testing of all fabrics prior to bulk order and reviewing test failures with product development/production teams.

• Target to achieve near to zero customer issues on technical side.

• To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
