Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Develop quality and efficient production system.

• Responsible to conduct inline or final inspection as per buyer requirements

• Conduct inspection as per four point inspections system or buyers guideline

• Provide framework for overall quality assurance

• Coordinate with inside and outside resources for the accumulation of data needed to improve quality of the product

• Must perform historical, current and competitive program tracking

• Achieve production target by maintaining quantity and quality

• Ensure that quality standards and procedures are met and aligned with legislation and customer specifications

• Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the fabrics

• Coordinate data entry in the ERP system with accuracy

• Prepare quality assurance inspection plan with production and material department.

• Responsible for overall quality assurance/quality control

• Set quality assurance team and ensure that targets are achieved
