Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute the administration strategy and translate business goals into actionable targets.
∎ Supervise routine maintenance of premises.
∎ Monitor lease renewal issues with the relevant stakeholders.
∎ Supervise timely payment of municipal tax for bank owned activities.
∎ Scout for new premises and engage with landlord to secure favorable terms for the bank.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of mails and Bank’s products to customers safely.
∎ Review and verify invoices and purchase requests to ensure accuracy.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of delivery logs and records.
∎ Accurate & error free record keeping of data and ensuring time to time reporting to the Management, Board & Regulators
∎ Ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the bank and external regulatory authorities.
