Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be the leader of the division of the factory and will be responsible for overall coordinating of technical management, operation & development with particular focus on conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
∎ Developing product strategies that align with company goal and customer needs.
∎ Preparing cost analysis when developing a new product.
∎ Presenting new ideas/opportunities to executives ensuring every step of the product development process.
∎ Product developer should ensure milestones are met and the product creation process is standardized across categories.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Design, Technical Design, Raw Material R&D, laundry and Sourcing to ensure on-time delivery per set calendar dates each season.
∎ Manage multi season development calendars and the execution of at tasks related to the product development cycle.
∎ Responsible for key performance indicators that include but are not united to maintaining vendor hit rate, IMU, fit approval, and statesman sample execution.
∎ Must work with sourcing on the automation of bulk orders to appropriate suppliers through consideration of available capacity, capability, workmanship, and costing.
∎ Working in tandem with 3D Design Team to strategize and implement software adoption.
∎ Candidate will ensure supervision, discipline and development of good organizational culture including welfare aspects of the work force of the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ Candidate having knowledge in Industrial Management will get preference.
