Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should have extensive knowledge of all types of knit garments, printing, printing colors, and chemical uses, as well as an understanding of brand chemicals used in various current products ordered for the buyers.
∎ Must have practical experience in marketing & production of sub contract printing-Knit Fabrics (minimum 180 tons monthly/6 tons daily) orders for All Over Printing (AOP) at least 10 years in well-known reputed industries.
∎ Manage the team to provide the best printing production output.
∎ Increase profitability by finding cost savings and reducing chemical waste.
∎ To maintain the quality during mass production and manage rejects.
∎ Create and implement a production method to increase productivity and efficiency.
∎ Setting up and maintaining the printing production process's appropriate recipe and process parameters.
∎ Taking the right initiative to use the materials, machines, and manpower efficiently.
∎ Work with other departments to continuously coordinate all tasks connected to printing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in dealing with marketing activities, client's satisfaction, product performance and quality check.
∎ Scheduling & managing outside work.
∎ Have positive interactions with recognizable clients.
∎ Are familiar with the Yujin, Korea printing machines.
∎ Any other task advice by the management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Sales & Marketing of Fabrics All Over Print (AOP) work related to export oriented ready-made garments.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Narayanganj region
Salary: Negotiable
