∎ Proven track record of managing factory operations, including people management, production, planning, procurement, quality control, and overall compliance.
∎ Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a large team of 1500 – 2000 people preferably in Special Economic Zone / EPZ.
∎ Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes.
∎ Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all factory operations, ensuring efficient production and high-quality standards and proper compliance.
∎ Manage the entire production process, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of products.
∎ Identify causes and actionable steps to improve production and efficiency.
∎ Lead procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and inventory management.
∎ Implement and monitor quality control systems, ensuring products meet company and client expectations.
∎ Coordinate with Merchandising, Technical and Quality team to achieve the set goals of Production, Quality and timely shipments.
∎ Ensure shipments with zero defects. Coordinate with buyers on compliance, technical, quality management, audit and final inspection.
∎ Work closely with the management team to align factory goals with corporate objectives.
∎ Ensure compliance with all safety, labour, and environmental regulations.
∎ Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing factory team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
∎ Report on production metrics, identifying areas for operational improvement.
