Job Context

Sinha Knit and Denims Ltd is a well-established garments manufacturing company in Bangladesh. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Head of Operations to lead and oversee overall factory operations.
The position is responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, operational efficiency, compliance, cost control, and timely shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall factory operations including production, planning, merchandising coordination, quality, maintenance, and logistics

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness

• Ensure on-time production and shipment as per buyer requirements

• Monitor production KPIs, capacity planning, and manpower utilization

• Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, HR, compliance, and finance departments

• Ensure compliance with buyer codes of conduct, local labor laws, and safety standards

• Identify operational risks and take corrective and preventive actions

• Oversee factory budgets, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Lead, mentor, and develop departmental heads and senior management team

• Maintain strong communication with buyers and top management
