• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (MBA or Textile background preferred).

• Experience: Minimum 12–15 years in merchandising (with at least 5 years in a leadership role).
• Age: Below 50 years (may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates).
• Strong knowledge of yarns, trims, and sweater production techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

We are looking for a highly experienced, dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead our Merchandising Department for the Sweater Division. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, in-depth technical knowledge of sweater manufacturing and hands-on experience with global buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the merchandising team to ensure timely and quality order execution.

• Communicate effectively with international buyers and suppliers.

• Oversee product development, costing, pricing and production follow-up.

• Ensure smooth coordination between merchandising, production and quality teams.

• Manage T&A (Time and Action) plans to meet shipment deadlines.

• Analyze market trends and buyer requirements to support business growth.

• Guide the team to maintain strong buyer relationships and achieve targets.
