Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales revenue.
∎ Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the global market.
∎ Marketing planning, market segmentation, targeting buyers, buyer portfolio research & approach planning.
∎ Establish long range plan on capacity and business growth to leverage low cost and improve on-time delivery.
∎ Sales forecasting, Market analysis, and searching new markets & buyers to boost up business.
∎ Costing, cost analysis, price negotiation and arranging the buying meeting with buyers.
∎ Demonstrate strong tactical negotiation skills with buyers.
∎ Product development, Trend analysis, Fashion forecasting and sustainable Material sourcing according to the buyer requirements.
∎ Smooth production process follow-up, right time delivery and make sure the quality.
∎ Manage the product merchandising process, including product selection, pricing, and inventory management.
∎ Manage On-Time to Customer delivery by engaging in factory capacity reviews, fabric, and trim commitments within established calendar timelines.
∎ Develop strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and factories to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
∎ Deliver quality products aligned with brand standards and maximizing sales, gross margin, and net profit potential.
∎ Ensure team provided business and buyers' clarity through cost analysis and risk-assessment tools that measure profitability.
∎ Define and implement efficient, cost effective sourcing process.
∎ Improve department's gross profit through effective sourcing, sharp cost negotiation, offering cost cutting solutions, improving on time delivery and ensure quality of products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 50 to 58 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
∎ Must be fluent in English.
∎ Excellent written communication skill required.
