• Must have experience in Gerber, Lectra, CLO 3D & MS Office Program.

• Must have good knowledge of general measurement specs and shrinkage allowance.

• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods & Prepare and develop Pattern independently.

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.

UTAH Fashions Ltd, a concern of UTAH Group, 100% export oriented Knit Composite Company of the Country is looking for an experienced, dynamic and highly potential professionals as Pattern Master (Knit & Woven) located at Gazipur.

• Create rough-draft templates and final patterns using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software and freehand techniques.

• Accurately measure, cut, and design patterns in the required material for initial sample checks.

• Read, interpret, and translate blueprints, design models, and sketches into technical patterns.

• Verify and check patterns against buyer comments and technical specifications to ensure 100% accuracy in garment measurements and fit.

• Monitor and manage fit samples (proto, size sets, production) and provide clear instructions to factories on pattern making, grading, garment construction, and sewing operations.

• Identify and implement alternatives to meet customer requirements for fit, measurements, and workmanship.

• Arrange style-wise pattern design and pattern grading to ensure zero-error cutting.

• Utilize CAD effectively to create 100% accurate markers and achieve optimum material efficiency for cost reduction.

• Determine quantities, shapes, sizes of pattern parts, and calculate the amount of material or fabric required per product.

• Communicating effectively with the Fashion Design & Product Development Team.

• Maintain a regular follow-up schedule across all sample stages (sampling, proto, size sets, fit, and production samples).

• Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management.
