A renowned 100% export oriented Knit Composite Company of the Country is looking for an experienced, dynamic and highly potential professionals as Manager - Electrical & Electronics located at Gazipur.

• Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical machinery, control systems, and production equipment.

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for electrical and electronic equipment to minimize downtime.

• Lead and supervise the operation and maintenance of generators, boilers, substations, and transformers to ensure uninterrupted power supply and plant operation.

• Monitor and ensure the safe operation of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical distribution systems.

• Manage installation, inspection, and servicing of motors, drives, PLCs, panels, and automation systems.

• Coordinate with mechanical and production teams to support overall machine maintenance and plant efficiency.

• Maintain proper documentation, service records, and compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and energy management standards.

• Supervise, train, and guide a team of maintenance engineers and technicians in carrying out electrical maintenance tasks.

• Ensure availability and proper stock management of critical spare parts and consumables for electrical and electronic systems.

• Prepare reports on equipment performance, energy consumption, breakdown analysis, and suggest improvements.

• Lead projects for system upgrades, modernization, and energy optimization within the plant.
