Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in textile engineering Textile background is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team of Merchandising & Marketing Professionals.
∎ On boarding new customers with minimum $2 Million value of order within professional period.
∎ Deal with the buyers independently for merchandising activities including marketing, sales, instant price quotation, negotiation and sourcing.
∎ Keep liaison with buyer for order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning.
∎ Play the leading role in long-term planning, including an initiative for operational excellence.
∎ Work closely and lead the in house team of designers to meet buyer's needs.
∎ Coordinate with planning department to determine delivery schedule and sequence of implementing all order in the lines.
∎ Ensure excellent communication with buyer for any technical clarification, as and when required.
∎ Prepare SOP of the marketing & merchandising team.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 year(s) practical experience in the relevant track in a large Knit Composite Garments industry.
∎
∎ Applicant should have very sound technical knowledge of marketing, industry, Product, Production, Quality, Sourcing etc.
∎
∎ He should have proven successful interpersonal skills to maintain effective and satisfactory working relationship with staff at all levels.
∎
∎ Must have excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
∎
∎ He should have excellent interpersonal communications skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Must have a high sense of Integrity, and sincerity.
∎
∎ Candidate should have strong sense of perfection and pro-active capability to resolve issues on timely manner.
∎
Salary: Negotiable
