∎ Skills Required: Flexo Printing Machine Operation, Industrial Production Engineering, Maintenance, Production in Printing and Packaging Industry.

∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial Engineering, Machine SOP, Operation Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Packaging Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Prepare maintenance plan, procedures and methods of each factory machine.
∎ 2. Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedule for each of the machines and equipment.
∎ 3. Optimize sourcing of spare parts by balancing between cost and quality.
∎ 4. Provides analysis and resolution of repetitive equipment failures, and take actions to address and improve these failures.
∎ 5. Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services, and following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures etc.
∎ 6. Provide training to operators on machine use, New machine installation.
∎ 7. Supervise technician's work as per procedure and plan of production, maintenance etc.
∎ 8. Support purchase team by providing technical information and making sure all equipment, tools, spare parts are right condition .
∎ 9. Monitor, reduce and control maintenance cost, Ensure all machines are ready for production
∎ 10. Other responsibilities as required by the management.
