• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
• Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• At least 12 years

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bengali and English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Possesses an ownership mindset and is dedicated to responsibilities

• Knowledge of thermic heaters, cooling towers, pumps, chillers, piping, compressors, instrumentation drawings, capacity calculations, bearings, fasteners, gearboxes and machine drawings

• Strong administrative and managerial skills to lead the team and maintain a positive work environment

• Lead, supervise and develop the mechanical maintenance team to ensure optimal plant performance and minimal downtime

• Plan, implement and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs across all production lines and utilities

• Monitor and execute machine maintenance schedules

• Ensure smooth operation of thermic heaters, chillers, compressors and pumps

• Train and guide maintenance staff

• Cooperate with other departments to meet operational goals

• Carry out assigned projects from higher management

• Oversee spare parts management, skill matrix, 5’s, housekeeping, LOTO and TPM tools

• Participate in cost reduction activities

• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental (SHE) standards in all maintenance activities

• Coordinate with production, electrical and instrumentation teams for integrated plant performance
