Responsibilities & Context:
1.Implement best Lean practices and ensure optimum utilization of the installed capacity to increase productivity and achieve on-time shipment maintaining expected quality standards through instituting appropriate production planning.
2.Adopt best Lean System in every possible area for better productivity and ensure optimization of resources.
3.Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
4.Monitor the layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
5.Review production schedules, engineering specifications, and orders, estimate production cost, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures and activities. Implement lean manufacturing process.
6.Monitor operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine worker functions and responsibilities.
7.Evaluate precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment and engineering drawings to formulate a corrective action plan.
8.Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities.
9.Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations.
