Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering.
∎ Professional Certification & Specialty: CCNA/CCNP, MCSE & Preopening Experience.
∎ IT Expert to observe all IT (Information Technology) functions in the organization.
∎ Good command of written and spoken English is required
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic direction, budgeting, vendor relationships, planning, operation of Data Center.
∎ Setup project requirements as per the IFC drawing and plan the execution accordingly.
∎ Confirm the BOQ and arrange procurement and vendor / contractor selection.
∎ Project installation and commissioning.
∎ Plan and execute on-ground in coordination with all other groups of project construction.
∎ Communicate with different departments, outside the company and government organization to ensure that all requirements, permits and license of the project are in place.
∎ Run regular checks on systems, network, data security & operational activities.
∎ Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
∎ Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
∎ Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
∎ Install, Configure Park Management Software, PMS (Property Management System).
∎ Install, Configure POS (Point of Sale), MC (Materials Control), and Finance.
∎ Install, Configure Router, Access point, firewall, Hotspot & other equipment's.
∎ Configure and maintain Mail server, Gateway & Proxy Server, Manageable Switch.
∎ Configure and maintain VPN (Virtual Private Network), Data Connectivity.
∎ Take care & monitor IT team members for different shifting IT Associates.
∎ Identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
∎ Design training programs and workshops for staff.
∎ Manage and report on allocation of IT budget.
∎ Provide direction for IT team members.
∎ Conduct regular system audits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
∎ Coordinates and participate on the department developing plan and training.
∎ Provide to the Higher Management monthly and annual reports.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Strong Fiber networking and Cisco based networking skill
∎ Preference: Cisco networking vendor certification (CCNA & CCNP)
∎ Proven experience as IT head / director or similar role
∎ Strong technical knowledge about different aspects of project management and coordinating
∎ Excellent managerial and organization skills
∎ Excellent communication skills and motivational capabilities
∎ Excellent time management skills
∎ Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
∎ Ability to work under high stress and provide good results
∎ Maintain and handle different routers, servers, firewall, AD, SQL, VPN, security appliances etc in order to offer the required desktop support
∎ Take care of all the problems of configuration related to VLAN and protocol
Salary: Negotiable
