Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee, guide, and manage technical teams (engineering, constructions, maintenance etc.)
∎ ensuring the department operates effectively.
∎ Ensure the optimization, scaling, and performance of technical systems, infrastructure, and platforms within the company.
∎ Oversee the continuous improvement of existing technical processes and systems, identifying opportunities for automation, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements.
∎ Manage the technical department's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that expenditures are within the allocated budget.
∎ Ensure that all technical processes, systems, and project activities are thoroughly documented and stored for future reference and knowledge sharing.
∎ Ensure that technical operations and systems comply with relevant laws, industry standards, and internal policies (e.g., data protection regulations, safety standards).
∎ Develop and deliver training programs for staff to ensure that they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to meet quality standards.
