Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure that day-to-day operations are efficient and cost-effective by reviewing processes, workflows, and resource allocation.
∎ Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements and best practices across the organization to maximize productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
∎ Oversee the effective application of health and safety regulations and risk assessment to ensure a safe environment for park employees and the public.
∎ Maintaining & Monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
∎ Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from management.
∎ Develop close relationship with concerned low enforcing low enforcing agencies, local bodies like police, other government, non-government & local authorities.
∎ Collaborate with finance to prepare and manage the operational budget, ensuring financial discipline and effective cost control across all areas.
∎ Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, HR, IT) to ensure alignment and support in achieving business objectives.
∎ Regularly train staffs on operational performance and challenges for offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
