Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from a reputed university
∎ MBA would be an added advantage
∎ M.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure database planning, designing and successful administrative role in Oracle and MS SQL
∎ Control and monitor data warehousing considering remote auto backup strategy by RMAN, replication and mirroring
∎ Ensure activities of MIS team through a strong standard operating procedure (SOP)
∎ Develop/ monitor program development using Oracle EBS, HR & Accounts software, website monitor & content update and company facebook account maintain
∎ Manage and maintain backups and disaster recovery processes for all servers and users data
∎ Provide guidance to staff in the use and maintenance of computer-based management information systems
∎ Administer and configure network
∎ Ensure mail server configuration (MDomain, Zimbra Mail Server administration, etc)
∎ Manage enterprise Firewall devices like Fortinet and handle Cisco devices
∎ Assure troubleshooting hardware, software and network
∎ Upgrade new technology of computer and network system
∎ Ensure LAN configuration and troubleshooting
∎ Manage PC troubleshooting, data backup, security and safety
∎ Ensure the smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print services, email provision and ensure the security of data from internal and external unauthorized access
∎ Monitor and train up new employees
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Experience on Oracle EBS is a must { Oracle modules like [i] Oracle Financials -General Ledger (GL), Account Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Asset (FA) [ii] Oracle Order Management [iii] Oracle Advance Pricing for Order Management [iv] Oracle Purchasing [v] Oracle Landed Cost Management (LCM) [vi] Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) [vii] Oracle Advance Supply Chain Management}
∎ Hands on knowledge on RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL)
∎ Hands on knowledge on ASP.Net, C#.Net [Framework 2.5 and above], Visual Basic 6.0, RDBMS (Relational Database Management System)
∎ Practical experience of LINUX OS, latest networking techniques and web infrastructure
∎ Familiar with ERP solution implementation system models
∎ Sound knowledge on Vmware and Cloud technology
∎ Positive attitude with honesty and sincerity
∎ Strong leadership quality
∎ Hard working and target oriented
∎ Very good communication and inter-personal skills
∎ Able to work under huge pressure and able to deliver on time
