Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in CSE, IT, CS, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, IT, CS
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ERP implementation amp; analysis
∎ Training/Trade Course: ERP
∎ MBA (in MIS) would be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administering the operation of all IT infrastructure related services according to company policies.
∎ Coordinating and implementing network software and hardware upgrades
∎ Ensuring the company IT infrastructure and systems meets mandatory security standards antivirus and spam control measures
∎ Monitoring and enhancing the performance of corporate data, voice and CCTV networks
∎ Establishing and maintaining backup, version-control and vital disaster recovery systems
∎ Planning, designing and implementing network installation projects
∎ Planning and coordinating user onboarding and off-boarding, in collaboration with the human resources department.
∎ Managing and mentoring IT support staff
∎ Planning disaster recovery and conducting timely backups
∎ Administrating and configuring a network.
∎ Provide network security, assign the IP address and maintain the database of various IT devices that are connected to the system network.
∎ Maintenance of system and network, LAN, WLAN, WAN mail server management, mail server troubleshooting, attendance device troubleshooting, laser & inkjet printer troubleshooting, end user support.
∎ Monitor and train up new employees
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience: 10-12 years' work experience in any IT field, Out of which at least 5 years as IT- Project head.
∎ Knowledge in a database (Oracle, My SQL, Cloud base)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Group of Companies.
∎ Managerial experience - (heading a department of 5-8 Programmers and other IT support team)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Business Analyst, System Analyst, Software Architect, Database Administrator (DBA), Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Security Management, Programming Knowledge of IT System.
∎ Familiar with ERP solution implementation system models
∎ Knowledge of application software management over different OS
∎ Knowledge on Mail, Firewall, FTP, Web server, etc.
∎ Train, coach, and supervise team member
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Organizational & Analytical skills
∎ Commercial awareness & Communication skills
∎ Team player, ability to motivate people
∎ Sincere and Dedicated and Extreme Ownership
Salary: Negotiable
