∎ Graduate in Computer Science/Computer Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project management experience.
∎ Supervised and managed IT team for smooth service operation
∎ Manage critical troubleshooting for application software and identify project needs and risks
∎ Manages the acquisition, installation and maintenance of the organization's local area network hardware/software
∎ Strong understanding of IP Network
∎ Data Center infrastructure and server management
∎ Experience in working with Windows (Server 2019, Server 2016, Server 2012 etc.)
∎ Ability to implement and manage NAS.
∎ Implement and manage system contingency plan and backups.
∎ Internal Customer Support Management (Physical & Over Telephone)
∎ Manages network operations to include: troubleshooting connectivity problems; installing & maintaining routers & UTM(s); adding/terminating users; assigning rights and access; resetting passwords; establishing e-mail addresses; assessing and reporting operational status; performing backups and restores; etc
∎ Ensures technology documents/certificates such as product registrations, SSL certificates, maintenance agreements, service contracts, etc. related to technology operations and/or technology services are evaluated, updated and processed.
∎ Trouble Shooting of Network Hardware & Software
∎ Server Installation and Configure (mail, proxy, NAT etc) under Linux & Windows.
∎ Knowledge of LAN, VPN and Internet connectivity products (Hub, Switch, Router, Firewall, UTM) and their installation, configuration & cabling.
∎ Strong Experience in Network Designing, Monitoring & Reporting.
∎ Experience in developing and using drive imaging technologies, server and client based anti-virus protection strategies, and robust automated backup solutions.
∎ Manages technology inventory to include procurement and disposal.
∎ Maintain a good overview of the day-to-day operational demands and routine operations and facilitates the interface with end users to smoothen the whole Helpdesk and PC Support operations.
∎ Responsible for the configuration of the local purchased equipment to compare the different vendors' quotation (includes: cabling, leased line, server, rack, patch panel, door access, CCTV, IP Phone and UPS)
∎ Configure and maintaining Data Server, File Server, ADC Server, DHCP Server, Cisco Router, Wi-Fi, CCTV, UTM
∎ Performed procurement, vendor management decisions
∎ Website maintenance as per management decision
∎ IT inventory management
∎ Assists in other duties as needed and directed.
∎ Work in a team environment and in critical situations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10+ year(s) Experience is must.
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience with Project based working knowledge
∎ Experience in Network Support is a must
∎ Experience in Networking, Maintenance and IT management
∎ Should have strong knowledge on LAN/MAN/WAN and TCP/IP Network
∎ Knowledge on application software management over different OS
∎ Knowledge on Mail, Firewall, FTP, Web server etc.
∎ Self driven and hard working
