Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Database Administrator (DBA), Database Engineer/ Database Programmer, IT System Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of existing ERP projects in all depots including head office and provide necessary support to run successfully according to business target.
∎ Management of overall ERP system including editing, updating and inserting according to the strategic management decision.
∎ Design, develop, implement and coordinate with systems, policies and procedures of ERP.
∎ Providing sales related analytical report to management/Senior persons.
∎ Monitoring, supervision and maintenance of email server, attendance system, CCTV, IP phone service & other IT equipment.
∎ Ensuring data connectivity through VPN between Head Office and other business hubs.
∎ Mapping out the conceptual design for a planned database;
∎ Plans and implements backup and recovery of the Oracle database.
∎ Implements and enforces security for all of the Oracle Databases.
∎ Create new database users as required time to time.
∎ Provides technical & help desk support to application development teams.
∎ Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
∎ Establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as IT Head or similar role with 6+ year(s) of experience in group of companies.
∎ Sound knowledge of computer systems mainly in software & networks etc.
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership skills
∎ Outstanding communication abilities.
∎ Sound knowledge on web standards, Oracle, database is essential.
