Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Computer Application (MCA)
∎ B.Sc. in Computer Science from public university or from a reputed private institution, M.Sc. degree is preferred.
∎ Experienced in providing IT solutions in an industry environment preferred
∎ -PMP, ITIL, SCRUM certification desirable.
∎ SISCO or MCSE, Juniper, CWNA or BCNE training certification is mandatory,
∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST),American International University Bangladesh students will get preference

∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Will work as Head of IT Department, Corporate office, Karim Group, Dhaka.
∎ Will manage and direct the company’s information technology (IT) operations, ensuring the department provides efficient and effective technical support service.
∎ Ensure effective, reliable, uninterrupted system and secured from cyber threat.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leads development and implementation processes for the organizations IT systems and department.
∎ Develops and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.
∎ Establishes efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure.
∎ Analyzes IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.
∎ Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
∎ Facilitates IT security audits or investigations.
∎ Develops and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
∎ Coordinates multisite IT systems via enterprise resource planning (ERP).
∎ Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customer’s networks and in house servers.
∎ Install and integrate new server hardware and applications.
∎ Ensure network & software security and connectivity.
∎ Any other task assigned by management authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates completed post-graduation in related fields is preferred.
