∎ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
∎ Manage the IT budget and ensure cost-effective use of IT resources
∎ Oversee the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases
∎ Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data
∎ Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
∎ Provide leadership and direction to the IT team, ensuring they have the skills and resources required to deliver on their responsibilities
∎ Keep up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and recommend solutions that can improve business processes and productivity
∎ Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the seamless integration of IT systems with other business processes
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ At least 12 years of experience in IT management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the RMG industry
∎ Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies that support business objectives
∎ Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and disaster recovery
∎ Excellent leadership and people management skills
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
