Job Context:
∎ To plan and control core activities related to Sales & Marketing of Individual Life and Health products. Independently as well as through Sales Team to acquire and grow business under the guidance of Management in order to achieve the overall business goals (quarterly & yearly business targets) of the specific individual as well as that of the particular distribution channel. Procure & retain Individual Business using both Sales team & external resources of the company. Meeting prospective clients time to time and retain existing clients for future business growth of the company. Ensure timely A to Z services of the both internal and external clients maintaining good relationship and reputation. To plan and necessary review of the training and development functions and tailoring of new and existing Life products and services. Motivate team members to enhance Astha Life`s overall brand loyalty.
∎ Head of Individual Life Department (Senior Level Position)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate, Plan and implement a distinctive business strategy to achieve business goals and company's long-term sustainability.
∎ Lead a team, guide & coach them according to sales policy. Provide marketing related information to customers and follow up.
∎ Maintain and developing relations with existing customers via committed services, telephone calls and mail services.
∎ Keep constant contact (including regular visits) with different branches regarding company's product/services and regular business update.
∎ Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
∎
∎ Contribute marketing, sales information and recommendation to strategic plan and execute successfully.
∎ Review, monitor and report on market and competitor activities and take necessary measures if required to protect and continue grow the market share.
∎ The incumbent should be self motivated and fulfill the company's goal and long term business plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication& services skills, self-motivated and fulfill the company's strategic goal.
∎ Life Insurance Sales and Distribution experienced in reputed Life Insurance companies (3 tier distribution model)
∎ Strong commercial acumen and able to work in a high-pressure environment with frequent outside branch/ area visit.
∎ Through experience in variety of functions including Individual sales, front-line businesses and client relationship management.
∎ Hard Headed leadership skills to effectively manage lead and motivate a diverse team.
