∎ Lead the IE & Production team and achieve daily target efficiency role above 75% and ensure on time shipment.
∎ The candidate must have multiple experiences like production, IE, Planning & Quality and over all supervision to follow up of knit composite industry.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leading group of companies involved in diversified business is looking for Head of IE & Planning for composite knit garments industry. The candidate must have at least ten years working experience in respective field in well reputed high compliance Industry dealing with top international brands like as H&M, C&A US Polo, Puma, Next, Aldi, Mango and another famous brand.
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Total follow up from Yarn receiving to Finished Goods delivery.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process.
∎ Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ Co-ordinate with Sales & Marketing department for optimal pricing/production/lead time/shipment.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by Top Management from time to time.
