Educational Requirements:
∎ Shall be B.Sc (Industrial Engineering) from any Public Engineering & Technological University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study the worker’s efficiency and identify their strengths & weaknesses to enhance their skills.
∎ Formulate production plan based on machine-manpower; study the m/c layout to achieve the optimum productivity.
∎ Develop strategies to achieve the Targeted productivity.
∎ Must submit monthly target/achievement reports to Director concerned.
∎ Initiate effective communication skill to motivate and develop the professionalism and mental strength for higher productivity among the staff of production department.
∎ Ensure Effective Utilization of Company Resources.
∎ Adhear to the compliance issues.
∎ Job Location: Board bazar, Gazipur.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates currently working in large RMG industry SHOULD APPLY ONLY.
∎ Must have minimum 8-10 years working experience in RMG units.
∎ Must be holding top position in IE department of RMG unit at least for last 3 (three) years.
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
∎ Must have excellent computer skills especially MS Excel & MS Word.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
∎ Must have good knowledge of Production Planning.

Salary: Negotiable
