∎ Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent across all levels, with a focus on building a skilled and diverse workforce.
∎ Manage employee relations, fostering a positive work environment and addressing any concerns or grievances that arise.
∎ Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
∎ Create and implement training programs to enhance the skills of employees at all levels, promoting career development and succession planning.
∎ Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies across all manufacturing sites.
∎ Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement, driving employee engagement and organizational development.
∎ Analyze and report on HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
∎ The Head of HR will play a crucial role in shaping the workforce strategy of our large-scale manufacturing operations. This position will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, and development, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals.
