  • Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience in HR & Administration, preferably in financial institutions, insurance companies, or large corporate organizations.

  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership position.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, corporate governance, and HR best practices.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage change and lead organizational development initiatives.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.



Responsibilities & Context:

Position Summary

The Head of HR & Administration will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and administrative frameworks that support the Company’s business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Company’s overall business goals.

  • Lead recruitment, talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.

  • Oversee performance management systems, employee engagement, and organizational development programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

  • Manage compensation and benefits structures, HR budgeting, and payroll oversight.

  • Supervise administrative operations including facilities management, logistics, procurement and office services.

  • Support senior management and the Board on HR-related matters and organizational restructuring initiatives.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture, strong governance, and ethical standards across the organization.
