Experience:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience in HR & Administration, preferably in financial institutions, insurance companies, or large corporate organizations.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, corporate governance, and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage change and lead organizational development initiatives.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Position Summary
The Head of HR & Administration will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and administrative frameworks that support the Company’s business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Company’s overall business goals.
Lead recruitment, talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
Oversee performance management systems, employee engagement, and organizational development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Manage compensation and benefits structures, HR budgeting, and payroll oversight.
Supervise administrative operations including facilities management, logistics, procurement and office services.
Support senior management and the Board on HR-related matters and organizational restructuring initiatives.
Foster a positive workplace culture, strong governance, and ethical standards across the organization.
