Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
∎ Skills Required: Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Job Context:
∎ Recruit, interviews, hires & trains new staff in the department.
∎ Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
∎ Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
∎ Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
∎ Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
∎ Create termination packages, complete assigned terminations, ensure all termination paperwork is complete as per requirements
∎ Ensure HR plans support the needs of the company but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur.
∎ Develop departmental objectives, strategies, plans, policies and programs in the areas of manpower planning, recruitment & selection, training and development, performance management, leave etc.
∎ Handle the grievance and disciplinary issues of corporate office & factories.
∎ Conduct training needs analysis and designs and implement a training plan.
∎ Manage costs to budget.
∎ Ensure retention of best talent, performance management of overall talent and enhancing the performance driven culture.
∎ Monitor leave & attendance of all employees including factories.
∎ Give proper training to functional staff for improving efficiency, and
∎ improve service, human relations, skills, and knowledge.
∎ Create termination packages, complete assigned terminations, ensure all termination paperwork is complete as per requirements.
∎ Motivating personnel towards discipline and make employees pro-active.
∎ Manage the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the factory.
∎ Arrange recruitment of factory workers and organize the training accordingly.
∎ Head monthly labour management meetings.
∎ Follow up and resolve all sorts of compliance related issues of the factory.
∎ Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security.
∎ Perform any other work as assigned by the management from time to time

∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Good understanding of labor, ESG, statutory & other compliance.
∎ Should have experience in -Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Labor Union Management, Legal Compliance, Organization Development, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development.
∎ Excellent in interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented

Salary: Negotiable
