Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDSCM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 20 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed.
∎ Optimize warehouse operations.
∎ Manage the transportation and physical logistics.
∎ Implement service level agreements with the respective vendors and maintain very good relationship with the suppliers & creating new supplier.
∎ Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly Maintain supply chain inventory and records.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and execute supply chain strategy of the organization in order to maximize process efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Lead and improve Demand & Supply with cross-functional team, drive the demand planning process by using KPIs & other measures to support and ensure that at strategic and operational level the Demand & Supply Planning team is aligned with the priorities and activities of the business and other functions.
∎ Work in collaboration with retail, production and other relevant teams for streamlining the product storage and delivery process and optimize inventory.
∎ Should have strong knowledge regarding international purchase.
∎ Ensures transparency in the procurement flow, and that company resources are effectively used - in other words, works to eliminate both internal and external corruption with respect to company spending.
∎ Formulate and develop strategies to ensure smooth operations of Warehouse by monitoring the demand of products, order distribution to the producers, receiving and delivery of products to the outlets.
∎ Compares purchase request amounts with the budget, and/or Stock level Control amounts, to ensure that spending is within approved limits.
∎ Plan and manage Supervise the operation, implement and execute standard warehouse & Logistics policies, procedures, and processes.
∎ Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets and working to improve purchasing systems and processes;
∎ Managing the inventory in the warehouse by completing cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and performing stock adjustments and stock transfers in the systems.
∎ Monitor and manage the procurement system of the organization and ensure transparent and timely procurement of production materials and other day-to-day requirements by identifying and selecting potential suppliers, soliciting, negotiating bids and awarding contracts.
∎ Commonly Manage Product Life Cycle Optimization for product portfolio management with Sales, and Marketing team.
∎ Ensures that the company does business with only reputable, reliable, flexible suppliers by following the supplier vetting & approval process.
∎ Complete knowledge of warehouse &distribution.
∎ Conversant with space saving technique, advance logistic etc.

Additional Requirements:

∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Have ability in the planning, purchasing, logistics or transportation having experience in the logistics service provider industry
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel & Word).
∎ Knowledge of SAP systems, and commercial software for forecasting and demand management.
∎ Broad working experience in supply chain functions of planning, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics
∎ Hands-on knowledge working with suppliers - relationships and technical knowledge are a must.
∎ Demonstrated leadership skills & managerial experience
∎ Demonstrated analytical ability in all aspects of Supply Chain function
