Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulation of strategies/Action Plans in order to develop new Health Insurance Business.
∎ Recruit, Train, Motivate & Coach Field Force to distribute New Health Insurance Product.
∎ Capable of meeting Top & Bottom Line objectives of the Business Unit.
∎ Able to understand the market size and forecast the implementation plan.
∎ Ensure sustainable business and profit growth in line with the business strategies, targets and objectives of the Company.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years

Salary: Negotiable
