∎ The incumbent has to be very proactive and dynamic in nature and possess go-getter attitude.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills are required.
∎ Advanced computer skills in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent math and computational ability
∎ Freshers with excellent writing and communication skill and motivation to work in insurance sector are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are searching for a reliable, organized Associate-Bancassurance to join our organization. The Associate`s responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks, which may include, performing duties in different departments, gaining knowledge of operations, learning how to handle disputes, attending meetings and workshops, traveling to other offices, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing documentation. You should also be able to complete any required evaluations.

∎ Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
∎ Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
∎ Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
∎ Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as required.
∎ Prepare analytics and give a presentation to respective authorities
∎ Receive assignments and perform duties in several departments and projects including but not limited to both operations and sales.
∎ Learn and practice business communication, interpersonal relationship, knowledge management, office etiquette and protocols.
∎ Maintain continuous engagement across channel partner hierarchy in the assigned geography.
∎ Conduct reviews and feedback sessions with the teams and channel partners for continuous business delivery.
∎ Interact with the channels partner hierarchy regularly to have a committed and partnership-based relationship.
∎ All other pertinent jobs required by the company.
