BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its General Services Division:

Grade: SAVP/VP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Formulation & Implementation of Operating Plan:

  • Develop and execute the administration strategy and translate business goals into actionable targets.

Inventory Management

  • Prepare reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.

  • Examine and monitor supplies and raw materials and order new supplies.

  • Quality Assurance of Purchased Opex Inventory Items.

  • Inventory Relevant Reporting to Management as and when required.

Administer Logistics Support

  • Supervise smooth logistics support during all internal & external events of the bank.

  • Fleet Management: Supervise proper transport management and vehicle requisition management.

  • Maintenance of canteen at BRAC Bank’s Head Office.

  • Supervise all domestic and international travel arrangements for employees of the bank who are travelling on official visits.

  • Manage all activities related to the bank’s repossessed cars including the response process and formalities, liaising with the car dealers, and maintenance of the cars etc.

  • Protocol Management.

  • Auction Management.

Managing Telecommunications & Helpdesk

  • Ensure installation, maintenance, or repair of telecommunications equipment on time.

  • Manage SIM cards issued in the name of the bank, for employees’ benefit purposes.

  • Manage a small team of telephone operators who control & handle all calls coming to BRAC Bank Head Office. Also oversee help desk call logging system and ensure it is fit for purpose.

  • Communicate with vendor / service provider for uninterrupted telecommunication support.

  • Negotiate with Vendors for optimum rate for the Bank.

Compliance & Good Governance

  • Accurate & error free record keeping of data and ensuring time to time reporting to the Management Board & Regulators

  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the bank and external regulatory authorities.
