Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc In Textile or BIFT Designer.
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing is plus.
∎ Foreign design degree will be an asset
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong capability to search designs from internet and should have the creativity to design as per the market demand.
∎ Have to monitor the hole production process in the factory for buyers satisfaction.
∎ Good knowledge in fabric wash , trend color combination along with graphic designing.
∎ Coordinate with marketing team to implement various promotional schemes/ activities.
∎ Ability to update with market trend.
∎ Capable to bring orders from local buying house.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge of fabrics, printing and washing.
∎ Have to travel alone to attend foreign fare and meeting.
∎ Should have good command on language (especially in English).
∎ Should be capable of using own initiative and managing the sampling process
∎ Ensure samples are feasible for bulk production, with regards to cost and productivity.
∎ Good understanding on buyers sample reviewing process.
∎ Visiting factories/sample room (If necessary).
∎ Must be creative and self-motivated..
∎ Ability to understand future trend to fulfill customer's demand.
