Experience:
Master’s in Business Administration / Marketing / Automotive Engineering (MBA preferred).
10–15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
Proven experience in brand building and product marketing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of consumer behavior and emerging marketing technologies.
Ability to handle multiple product lines and large-scale campaigns.
To lead and drive all marketing initiatives for the Motorcycle Division, ensuring strong brand positioning, effective product communication, and sustained market share growth. The HOD – Marketing will oversee brand management, product marketing, digital marketing, dealer marketing support, and consumer engagement strategies.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Define product positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market plans for new launches.
Oversee development of ATL/BTL campaigns, TVCs, print, outdoor, and digital content.
Manage media planning and agency coordination to optimize marketing ROI.
Work closely with R&D and Product Planning teams on market insights for product development.
Develop product launch plans, dealer activation programs, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor product performance and consumer feedback for continuous improvement.
Lead digital marketing strategy including social media, SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and online engagement.
Drive CRM initiatives for customer retention and brand loyalty.
Support the dealer network with localized marketing campaigns, co-op programs, and training.
Coordinate with regional teams for effective field-level activation and event management.
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team.
Establish KPIs, review performance, and ensure achievement of marketing goals.
