  • Ability to handle multiple product lines and large-scale campaigns.



Responsibilities & Context:

To lead and drive all marketing initiatives for the Motorcycle Division, ensuring strong brand positioning, effective product communication, and sustained market share growth. The HOD – Marketing will oversee brand management, product marketing, digital marketing, dealer marketing support, and consumer engagement strategies.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

  • Define product positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market plans for new launches.

  • Oversee development of ATL/BTL campaigns, TVCs, print, outdoor, and digital content.

  • Manage media planning and agency coordination to optimize marketing ROI.

  • Work closely with R&D and Product Planning teams on market insights for product development.

  • Develop product launch plans, dealer activation programs, and promotional campaigns.

  • Monitor product performance and consumer feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Lead digital marketing strategy including social media, SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and online engagement.

  • Drive CRM initiatives for customer retention and brand loyalty.

  • Support the dealer network with localized marketing campaigns, co-op programs, and training.

  • Coordinate with regional teams for effective field-level activation and event management.

  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team.

  • Establish KPIs, review performance, and ensure achievement of marketing goals.
