Master’s in any discipline preferably in business background with good academic record. Sound knowledge and proven track record in managing branch business operations.

Additional Requirements: At least 08 (Eight) years’ and above experience preferably 03(Three) years’ experience in branch banking in any reputed private commercial bank.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Achieve Branch business targets (Assets and Liabilities) as assigned by implementing branch level strategies.

  • Source new Retail and SME clients, identify their needs and offer appropriate banking products.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and cross-sale products.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client needs, inquiries, and problem resolution.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups and customer visits to ensure high service satisfaction.

  • Evaluate SME client businesses to assess their financial needs and credit worthiness.

  • Assist clients with the documentation and application process for loans, overdrafts, and trade finance.

  • Liaise with credit department for approval and monitoring of facilities.

  • Stay updated on the bank’s products, policies, and market trends.

  • Provide financial advice to clients, including personal finance (for Retail) and business growth solutions (for SMEs).

  • Ensure proper compliance of internal policies and regulatory standards (KYC, AML, etc.).

  • Monitor accounts for unusual or suspicious activities and report as required.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Provide regular reports on performance, customer feedback, and market trends to branch management.

  • Contribute to the branch's overall strategy and customer service improvement.

  • Implement client retention strategies to reduce attrition.

  • Promote customer loyalty through personalized service and proactive engagement.

  • Guide employees of the branch to optimize their full potential
