Experience:
Post-Graduation in any discipline (preferably in business background) from any reputed University having no 3rd division/class or CGPA below 2.50 in any examination.
Must have extensive experience in Cash Management, General Banking, Liability Management, Credit Risk Management, Credit Administrations, Trade Finance and Operations.Excellent client base for Corporate, SME & Retail Business.
Incumbent needs to have relationship management skills, Team management skills, sound knowledge in Credit, Foreign Trade & General Banking, customer service.
Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
Must have the leadership skill to lead the team from the front and maintain good network with business community.
Computer literacy & fluency in English is desirable.
Must be willing to work in anywhere and any branch of the bank across the country.
Discharge the duties & responsibilities of Head of Branch related to Superior Level Customer Service and Relationship Management.
Achieve and exceed assigned business targets and accelerate branch revenue by maintaining favorable ratios.
Expand new quality business and propose new products and services offer to existing customers and thus ensure healthy portfolio of branch.
Apply business, administrative and financial authority as per delegation with due diligence.
Ensure optimum use of available resource by prioritizing the allocated budget.
Lead and motivate branch team passionate about different sales promotions, campaigns and inspire cross selling different products of BAPLC.
Ensure service excellence in regular banking operations and customer service.
Undertake initiatives to strengthen good governance, AML, internal control system and ensure meticulous compliance of regulatory requirements and instructions.
Manage all activities of the branch with high ethical standard and complying with both internal and external compliance.
Ensure compliance of internal and regulatory audit or inspection to achieve satisfactory ratings for branch.
Ensure Branch safety and security specially cash, Branch premise and valuables of the Branch.
Address customer feedbacks, complaints and offer solutions accordingly to increase customer satisfaction.
Managing allocated portfolios efficiently as per bank risk appetite.
