Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Insurance related degree to be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Banks & Financial, Sales Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should hold sound knowledge on Bank Management with advanced command on retail banking;
∎ Keeping close contact with Banks to explore prospective partnership by utilizing their clientele base and goodwill;
∎ Should be able to liaise with Bangladesh Bank, IDRA, BFID of MoF and other related bodies;
∎ Informing the partner banks about PLIL’s products and advantages of partnering with us;
∎ Grow company revenue by exploring new business opportunities to access additional market segments;
∎ Focusing on the needs of the individual clients.
∎ Ensuring better service strategy to fulfill customers’ desires.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years

Salary: Negotiable
