∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in banking or related industries with at least 5 years or more in ADC Operations.
∎ Technical understanding on ATM Operations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This role is responsible for leading the overall ADC (Alternate Delivery Channels) Operations Department.
∎ Individual must be effectively manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Oversee communication and coordination with vendors for ATM, CRM, and CDM installations, as well as ongoing maintenance activities.
∎ Ensure all operational support is provided for ATM and merchant acquiring projects.
∎ Maintain smooth operations of ATM and merchant acquiring services, ensuring no operational or financial losses, and no reconciliation gaps.
∎ Ensure efficient execution and timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
∎ Drive continuous improvement in productivity and Cost Efficiencies.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and requirements.
∎ Implement best practices to standardize and automate operational processes wherever possible.
