Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research and develop new ranges with target prices and build seasonal concepts, themes, mood board colors, and line plans.
∎ Responsible for developing fits, finishes, small details, Styling, and Market Analysis.
∎ Analysis of the denim trend and develop design, fabrics, prints, and graphics accordingly.
∎ Seasonal collection-making based on customers’ demand.
∎ Continuous communication & development relationships with buyers for business development.
∎ Create different styling (a range of products) and professional tech packs by using design software.
∎ Sourcing and development of denim fabric, trims, and accessories.
∎ Following up on the daily work to be on the right track.
∎ Attending and working with overseas suppliers and buyer meetings.
∎ Responsible for men's and women's basic and premium lines for the European, Australian, and USA markets.
∎ Make presentations of men's and ladies' collection designs with fashion styles basic for every session.
∎ To manage and handle critical situations, ability to manage multiple tasks very well in a high-pressure environment.
∎ Negotiate with buyers and suppliers for costing.
∎ Have expertise & capabilities to develop own (new) brand(s).
∎ Capable to lead the team.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Basic knowledge in CAD design, computer i.e. e-mail, excel.
∎ Knowledge of CLO 3D.
∎ Proactive, utmost professionalism, and flexible approach to work.
∎ Ability to interact professionally with different buyers.
