∎ BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology,Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Denim Design Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have good knowledge of woven denim/non-denim top/bottom & casual jackets.
∎ Good knowledge of pattern, sewing & garment fitting techniques.
∎ Should be able to create hand-drawn sketches, designs, flat patterns, technical drawings & required art/illustrations.
∎ Should have experience in photography, graphics, retouching, and intermediate Adobe creating suite: especially in Photoshop, illustrator.
∎ Must have a vast knowledge of different denim/non-denim fabrics.
∎ Should be experienced in different wash & garments dye programs.
∎ Have to be able to handle independently sample development & material sourcing with other required embellishments.
∎ Capable to conduct research on current market trends to understand new designs, fabrics, colors, fit & washes.
∎ Create design & concept board to determine target customers based on seasonal directions.
∎ Select textiles & colors, graphics/prints, embroidery, and materials fit to make a best-selling product presentation.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Basic knowledge in CAD design, computer i.e. e-mail, excel.
∎ Proactive, utmost professionalism, and flexible approach to work.
∎ Ability to interact professionally with different buyers.
